We understand that life is busy and can change on a moment’s notice. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Notification may be given via phone or email. If you are unable to provide 12 hours notice, the cancellation fee is $45 and will be billed directly to you. This is not reimbursable through your insurance company.
